GAPs may negate the WHITE SOLDIERS or BLACK CROWs formation, although not conclusive. Having said that, we the DOW/SPX/OEX has the 3-CROWs, so most likely the WHITE SOLDIERS in the VIX is probably valid. Additionally, the VIX did set a HIGHER HIGH, so it is falling in line.
