Hi Michael,

Thank you for your explanation that both the WSJ and Gartner brought up. It appears to be a minor issue to me but August is a slow news month.

Since you implement ORCL software, I was wondering if you could elaborate on the following:

1. Have you evaluated 11i? If so, are the benefits real and how does the pipeline look in your region?
2. Ditto for 9ias.
3. Whats your thoughts on best of breed vs. the suite approach.
