The facts that are known and quite certain from all I heard from mr. gary and others. A woman is missing. Time is of the essence in finding clues as to what happened. Time is of the essence is the possibility of saving a life. mr. gary was not forthcoming and used intimidation to not reveal facts that were pertinent to the investigation. The purpose of evasion was saving one's ass at the possible expense of a young girls life or finding out what really happened. That is abhorrent behavior for any honorable man or woman. It is not illegal. It about values and honor. mr gary chose to explore this girl and created the situation of having to make a decision that would show who mr. gary is when push comes to shove. mr. bill chose to explore and created the situation that showed who mr. bill was when push came to shove.
