Institutional and insider ownership seem substantial. It appears that they own about 60% of the stock. siliconinvestor.irchannel.com Naturally, capex spending was huge and financed by substantial debt, but it seems manageable. Operating expenses once the networks are in place should be reasonable. Since there is probably some variant of Moore's Law applicable to internet and network traffic usage, it seems that GX should do remarkably well in the future.
