It could be a lot worse. I went to a private workshop on jury presentations the other day. I was surprised to learn that a jury and even a judge makes up their mind within 5 -15 minutes of laying eyes on the parties. The rules were come across with passion, be the under-dog, demand justice.

The up-shot was being dynamic wins the case and it has nothing to do with who is right or wrong and the same seems to apply to politics.

I wonder if cowboy hats and bow ties go over well with sophisticated juries.
