for once I agree with you, zebra Even though you generally act like a jerk and have flip flopped before. We should vote against the extra shares, at least let them know how we feel even though it won't make a darn bit of difference in the final outcome. Just seeing the percentage of votes would be good. Same with the directors. I voted against rittereiser and gothner just because I believe they hurt the company. My vote means nothing but if others vote against one or two, maybe they will see the numbers and realize that the shareholders don't think they add value to the company. Not like it would change anything that happens but at least I'm voicing my opinion through my vote.
