Sure there is. The big caps because that's where the big bucks per share, liquidity and overvaluation are. Money has been hiding out there and now that funds are seeing outflows and it's a question of whether a second half rebound happens in 2002, it's time to hit them up.

I expect msft to hit a new 52 week low and dell as well. Both are fully priced right now.

I would not take that bet. You could be right. After digging up the P/Es last night with some at 10 and 11 P/E. I started thinking in single digits.

Dealie - Futures down yet again..is there anything left to sell?
