my reading of the statement that was sent is that because it clearly indicated that the wording was to be changed to be made correct the suborn on it's face has plausible deniability. The key is that mr. gary exercised a word game that skirting violated the law. In the hinder investigation being assertive and saying well if you can't explain why I should answer I won't is not hindering an investigation legally. The police should have been assertive and got to a point where there was an answer or a refusal to answer. mr. gary was successful in having the police back down from the question and technically did not refuse to answer the question. tom watson tosiwmee
