That has never happened before. Usually the market turns up about halfway through the downturn.

Sarmad: The problem for the market as a whole is the large number of stocks which are still vastly too high in price based on their fundamentals -- those stocks will continue to slide even in the midst of a broad "recovery" in stocks which are at reasonable valuations. It will be a stock pickers market. Good luck.
