U.F: Wireless technology has grown from a disruptive technology to a sustainable one. The introduction of high speed Wireless LAN's is merely an equivalent follow thru of fixed wire technology. The allocation of 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz has made that possible together with the use of orthogonal Freq modulation which was known a decade ago. Todate progress has been slow because there is a big cost associated with the need for more base stations because of the the low range at higher freq. Do you have any stats to show how much of traffic/earnings has been lost by esatblished Cos to these new Cos.? Thx.
