Tell me about it. Calling Turner a communist. LOL. And their favorite trick is to find some brouhaha over the guy's country estate which looks anti-environmental. "Ted Turner clear-cut his forest". Yeah, as if! Or Oxy Al destroying rain forest and zinc mine polluting Al Gore. When they themselves are the anti-environmentalists trying to distract and deflect that truth of that and point a finger at the environmental progressive for not being perfect. It's a tactic the GOP has been using a lot lately, real Lee Atwater dirty tricks stuff. And these dittoheads get it from Rush and other right-wing sites which have absolutely no qualms about lying their heads off. Then they spread it like a disease. I saw one site which blamed Clinton for 40 murders. 40! And all his own people too. So if he's such a murderer why didn't he murder Monica Lewinsky? Or better yet some of his GOP enemies? It's all just so pathetically dishonest but what's scary is that some people actually believe this tripe. That is why we need more balance in the media. The conservative bias now with these ultra rightist hosts spouting lies is disrupting the free flow of information in a democratic society. And the mainstream press has been bowing to conservative pressure now for many years to the point where CNN actually offers Limbaugh a job? As if he doesn't pollute enough minds already. Makes me really worry about America. By the way on the bias in the media, LA has one black talkshow host. And guess what? He is the only right-wing black in LA. Case in point. Go figure.
