I have been out of this for a long time. Anyone know what the symbol is for the current SPOO contract? Looking at the underlying index on the 15-min chart, looks like there are two trendlines to break to the downside. The last was formed by an upward consolidation which may resolve down. This pattern shows up more clearly on the NDX and COMPX charts. I will be more comfortable watching the futures contract instead of guesstimating from intraday charts of the cash indices.

Now I see price contraction. Looking at the 5-min chart, price may perform a small test of top before attempting a move down. But since I have not followed the market closely, I am not aware of how price action has been behaving. And the "speed" the market has been trading. Two improtant qualities that help define the "personality" of the current market. So I am just starting to get my feet wet.
