why not ? apache runs on an ipaq. you could make a web server out of one.

There was actually a rumour of a PalmOS web server out there. Unfortunately, I believe that it was a joke, but you could theoretically install Linux onto a Palm and then possibly put in a reeeeally stripped down version of Apache or Tux. :)
