It is pathetic to hear people whining about about the economy after the 1995-2000 market binge.
I thought I was the only one on SI who saw it that way. Everybody sure was cheering when the bar was open. Now the hangover that binge inevitably led to is here

Bush did exactly the right thing cutting taxes.
I'd argue that the big cuts should be now, not at the end.

Bush also knows privatization of social security will be a major economic stimulus.
AND benefits to retirees will be much larger than under our current legalized theft.

One thing we must be wary of are democrats who want the economy to fail.
RIGHT AFTER Bush took office, there were Dems blaming the market decine on him.
