My concern is that funds wont let you exit until the end of the day. Where as with equities and options at least in theory you can get out through a stop if the tide turns against you.

Sooner or later shorts are going to cover, this could cause a stabilization, a gradual rise or an explosive rise.

Given the games people play I suspect an explosive rise.

Maybe some QQQ or SOX options are the way to go.
