I, personally, think that it is not true either but, few weeks back, my response would be when the hell freezes over. It got much colder in hell since then....

Notwithstanding the Heat and Humidity (in the NE at least)
August was a very cold month!

(CNBC this AM noted August to be the worst month for markets over the last 10 years .... ?)
