hi roberga,

product cycle investing will make you very wealthy. one must understand what a product cycle is though. a p4 or xp is not a product cycle for their respective companies. revolutionary products like 11i, 9i, USIII are examples of new products. products like win95, aol online, pentium chip are examples of revolutionary products at their respective time.

so, i believe that orcl has a couple of new revolutionary new products. once the fog lifts and companies start spending we will see the throughput. if one is luck/smart enough to recognize what a "new" product is, they will truly benefit financially.
