Interesting, truth ASTN has stated that they do monitor their boards. Heck, they even paid Westergaard to monitor them for htem. If they ever saw a misstatement, they could just make their own post or have one of thier "buds" make a post for them. How can they say they have been damaged when they could have replied. What really gets me is that the "buds" making the positive posts or clearing things up also are the ones who made the extremely misleading and fraudulent posts which really hurt the investors.
