Worst over for some techs. Worst to come for retailers and energy and biotechs.

I think you're going to be surprised if you think the worst is over. We're in bounce mode...that's all. After maybe another day or two of this, the indexes ar headed back down. Indexes will be testing their lows, likely within the next 6-8 weeks. Double bottom...IF they are lucky.
