If you mix spent nuclear fuel with a stable geologic formation it is rendered harmless. I have no idea why Opec or anyone would consider fuel cell technology a threat. All one has to do is say, where does the fuel for a fuel cell come from. On internet data, why should the government do what I did for a few dollars.
