<<No. He's president because of 5 judges who should be stripped of their black robes for interfering in politics.>>

You mean the 7 heroic judges who voted to hear the case and STOP GORE FROM STEALING THE ELECTION?????

It's time you move on with life and get over that for the next 7.5 years.

Well once again you show your detachment from reality or your lying ways. All recounts confirmed that President Bush won. The Justices simply directed that the count made according to the laws enacted by the Florida Legislature defined how the count that was legal should be used.

Why would I lean toward thinking you are lying once again.

On the other hand.
There was a coltongang.
Of his credentials he loudly sang.
This did seem to me to be a clang.
Or was it of truth so little rang.
For if one learned not to rhyme.
Was the education worth even a dime.
Was the truth of coltongang hidden away
No the liar revealed needed no xray.

History will show Bush was an illegitimate (and third rate) president.
Sure Gore had his weaknesses and Nader can be faulted too but no one will ever know who won Florida, and they did stop the counting, didn't they? Using every tactic known to the legal and illegal mind. The memory of right-wing thugs shouting outside the doors of the re-counters offices in Miami-Dad will always stay with me. Adolf Hitler would have approved. And now we know Katherine Harris erased her hard-drives in January for "no apparent reason", that ballots have been thrown away and that even the Supreme Court acted in an obviously partisan fashion. I remember when two hoinest ex-presidents Carter and Ford offered to oversee a complete recount of Florida. And it should have been done. Bush-Cheney objected and their judges interfered. Also now that we know the extent to what James Baker abused the energy gougings so he and his buds could get their windfalls profits we know what a crooked mind his is. Corruption and dirty politics. Of course no one's totally innocent in politics, you can't be it's a tough game, but Bush is the product of the height of cynicism and arrogance. His day of reckoning is coming. The majority of Americans who voted against him and had their votes not count will always remember. And we might forgive it all but he is such a lousy selfish BS president it is even more humiliating for our country.

He would have won anyway, haven't you followed the news in the last several months?
