Brian, Perhaps end of the layoff cycle which seem to be used to take restructuring charges. Another way to get all the bad news behind them. We are 3 or 4 months away from what should be favorable(or just much less bad than anticipated) yoy comparisons. Think the market will be anticipating this sooner rather later? My guess is that most folks feel those comparisons will be 6 months away and are delaying going bullish until that becomes more clear. Running with the herd which currently are bears. What a jolt some positive yoy in three or four months would produce. mike
