If there were any facts published anywhere by the SEC about *how* the SEC plans to *mess* with the short-sale rule, I'd let the statement pass without comment.

Stating that the SEC plans to abolish the rule, rather than considering an amendment to it, seems like a pretty fat hair to split.

Sorry if I offended you buy pointing it out. I always thought this was a fact-filled message board, and that's where its value was. I hope it continues that way.
