Tom Siebel isn't saying that about his company. He's saying that the year-over-year comparison will look worse in Q1 of 2002.

well, i think that's because Siebel had a strong Q101. Some companies were feeling the slowing down of the economy in Q101 and it will make the comparisons look better than the current ones (Q201 to Q200 - which looks terrible)
