Sberg, Thanks very much for the update! It is very interesting to be watching this market. LG seems to think we are very close to a big move up. Others say he is reading this wrong (from a technical perspective). Although things look cheap here, it seems some companies have been totally destroyed (stock price wise) and others are just sitting relatively unscathed. If this down turn is for real, I think the IBM's and the high flying game boy stocks really need to join the party before its over.
Just like when things were moving up to ridiculous valuations, I think we have yet to see the most ridiculous here on the downside. Ie. Orcl may still go to single digits, CSCO at 10?, IBM at 75? QCOM has held up pretty well. THQI and other gaming stocks with PE's of 80?!?
I will stay in cash until there is either capitulation or the COT goes net long. I really do appreciate your input. Any comment on what your doing? Cash? Puts? Thanks again, Steve D.
