No, they stopped Miami-Dade from being counted with gestapo tactics. Harris clamped down on it despite her job supposedly being non-partisan. She was anything but. It stank to high heaven. If Bush won we'll never know. He was given the election by the courts. Look into the NAACP lawsuits and pay attention. Gore conceded so the election is over but we will just never-ever know. The Republicans did the wrong thing stopping those recounts. It was indefensible. In every state including Texas recounts are the norm. But since a Bush crony controlled the process the election was just stopped, not won.
