Don't believe the GOP propaganda. Bush could have stayed in Kyoto as he promised during the campaign and engaged and negotiated. Instead he bowed out at the behest of big pollutors whom have bought and paid for GW all his life. It's indefensible. it's totally corrupt. It's undemocratic. And pollution is NOT good for our economy.
