Kayaker, the chart at decisonpoint.com shows the arms index for the NYSE, and it gave a signal over 1.5...probably there is a dow arms index also.

I agree that the arms index may not signal a big Naz rally (although we did get one in April, along with the rest of the market). I almost hope that the Naz does not rally too strongly (if we rally at all....), since we probably will not have the earnings to support a large rise, and it will only set us up for another large correction. CSCO and INTC look very high, with not much prospect for growth over the next year.
