The post printed "Even after Friday's losses, shares in Novellus have gained almost 24 percent since the start of the year, outperforming the S&P sector index, which is up almost 15 percent over that period. "

AT least AMAT is only up 9.09% YTD using 1/02/01 price @ $39.50 as my personal record suggests.

So if NVLS has gained 24% YTD and the S&P is only @ 15%, and AMAT is only @ 9.09%, than NVLS could have a 25% downside. Currently NVLS is higher than AMAT YTD.

Suggesting AMAT the stronger and less ahead of itself.

Just a thought.
