EBAy is a great company with rising revenues and earnings.
Ebay is an over priced stock that needs to correct.
"You are buying the stock not the company."
Quote from an wise old prosperous floor trader to me many years ago in another lifetime.
Then again what the heck do I know?
I'm still just learning how to play this game,

Hi Steve,
I've been very busy with the start of the new school year and haven't had much chance to respond as I would like. My little guy, Stephen, began kindergarten yesterday and that went very well. My older boy, Michael is now in 4th grade.

Though I'm registered on ebay, I've never bought or sold anything on the site. A friend of mine, like you, is an avid user of the service. I have an extensive collection of comic books that I'd like to monetize, at least in part, some day. As I understand it, ebay is used quite often in the comic collector's market.

Byron likes the stock but not at current prices. At the price he suggests, half of the current price I believe, the chart would probably be broken and would take forever to recover. Ebay's fundamental business seems to be a good one, however.

Amazing that you purchased a car on ebay. I didn't know that cars were sold by people on the site.
