I agree with you on your comments.

My take on NT. There are much better investments.

The only positive thoughts I can come up with are that it is less overvalued, and in better financial shape than others, e.g. LU.

Why's that? Lu did $6 billion last Q and NY did $4.5 billion. Both are in virtually similar situations. Seems to me based on revenue run rates LU should be worth 33% more than NT.

Also, since NT is downsizing themselves to break even on a $5 billion per Q revenue number, and with CapEx spending for 2002 coming down it looks unlikely they'll hit that, methinks they have to due headcount reductions again this Q or next.
