I tried what you suggested. No luck. Has anyone else run into ICQ registration problems that present this message? Registration status: "Unknown database error! Could not complete registration. Please check status of internet connection (it was fine). If behind a firewall check ICQ connection settings."... (they mentioned being in an institution with a firewall; and the installation went fine, just not the registration; and suggested "connect ICQ connection settings). It also said "View technical support page... trouble shooting", and there was no problem I could see....
