So what is your bet on Nokia delivering tested and verified, BCCH and CCCH handsets, in the millions, according to the priorities of the operators?? This, obviously, demands knowledge of how different operators compete and by using what means. Maybe the question of "equally distributed" as some questioning young engineer put it, in combination with roaming?? Obviously the investor who understands the most with have more success, as will the operators. Ilmarinen Betting that you have got the whole thing, are you betting that Morgan Stanley hasn't?? (which seems to be a smart bet)
