Many long time GX watchers would agree with the analysis... nothing new though, we've arrived at the same conclusions way back when. What we're trying to figure out now is whether the market is dumb, or we're dumb, trying to explain why the stock is acting most contrary to its fundamentals.

The latest insider ex-director selling shares at the $5 level... how did he gather 20 million shares in the first place? Will Winnick care to explain?

Thank you for taking the time to present GX's financial picture in such a lucid way. It's not an easy picture to bring together. You've done a great job.

One question: Though the near term debt obligations are not onerous, GX will have significant debt obligations coming due in 2004. What, in your view, are the prospects for GX successfully making payment then? This naturally interests me because I see GX presently as a value/LTB&H play with significant upside if the financials play out favorably. The business plan, I think, is marvelous.
