Happy Birthday, Teresa! Now how old are you??? (Just Kidding) :-)

I understand that you developed a way of swing trading the SPOOs. Can you direct me to information on this approach. I am very interested! I do well with multiple day trades. But the "flying by the seat of my pants" on my daytrading the SPOO did not work for me.
