I'm sure it can be done if you can get someone that knows a little about macros. The info on that page I posted is what you need, I just don't know how to set it up. The send as attachment is easy too...just hit the email icon on the toolbar and select as an attachment and then address it. How to do it in one fell swoop is the question. You can also go to file|send to and you can route it to several people.
