<font color=red>Excel problem update:</font>

With your help I have found a temporary short-cut solution that makes an excel file load into an pre-addressed email but you need two clicks on the program to accomplish this instead of one like I wanted.

It is much more user friendly than the conventional method. (save file as/click hyperlink on form (up pops email with address/copy address)/on main toolbar I added an “insert file into email command” click it and an un addressed email pops up with file attached, paste email address in address field and send.

No typing is needed so this function allows mouse use only to load the address and send the file.

I’m sure there is a way to make this a one click process but this is still a great improvement.

Thanks for your help.
