In November you could probably get to Bangkok via NWA for about $750 or less. With food and hotel the whole thing would cost less than a thousand -- and with $200 in spending money she could shop to her hearts content for Christmas presents. For example, I bought a good North Face backpack for $12. A side trip to Vietnam would be the experience of a lifetime for her. GST, We are sort of missing the point. I need to make a business decision the type of which I have never made. I am certaintly not going to send even a good employee to handle an issue in which I am ignorant. You just want to be the tour guide <VVBG> By the way, I can't send an employee on a trip in November in my kind of work.
