Milo, Intergraph doesn't have a case. Most likely, they'll settle out of court, and it probably won't be an impact to Intel. This is not the first time Intergraph has sued Intel. They are no doubt still sore over Intel not giving them certain proprietary PCI documents that would have enabled them to build a product to (unfairly) give them an edge over their competitors. Now it looks like Intergraph is trying to claim everything under the sun, hoping that eventually, the wind will blow North so that their broken weathervane finally looks like it is operating correctly.
