Well, either he's a paid DNC shill or he's totally nuts. Now my guess is that no one that nuts would be walking around loose. His family would have committed him by now for his own good. That leads me to believe he is a DNC shill.... JLA

__Investigative Reporter Greg Palast Will Tell His Story On The Meria Heller Show Greg Palast is one of the last true investigative reporters. He discovered the smoking gun used by the Bush team in their theft of the Florida election. Palast reported in "The Nation" that a firm hired by Katherine Harris purged thousands of African Americans -- and therefore likely Gore voters -- from the voter registry. Mr. Palast has also reported on the energy problems in California as a result of deregulation and price gouging by the energy sector. Lately, Mr. Palast's newspaper -- the London Observer --is being sued by Barrick Gold Mining for Palast's story about Barrick's human rights abuses in Tanzania. Palast also described how Barrick paid only $10,000 for $10 billion worth of gold mine rights, thanks to a deal finessed by the previous Bush administration. After leaving office, Bush Sr. was put on the Barrick payroll.
