I never denied that felons lose the right to vote in Florida. That is a fact and not a point of contention. I have simply said that it is (technically) not an everlasting immutable loss as you and jagfan would prefer. Moreover, I doubt there is a single state that allows incarcerated felons to vote. But the vast majority of states restore the franchise to felons who have cleared the legal system. You are entitled to your opinion about whether or not they should ever be allowed to vote again.
