Ram Rao,
Thanks for the reply. we overlap mainly in your tier 2. I own bay and and mine finders. In the same category I own cumberland and metallica. Tier 2 you own harmony (same as Tamisuke Matsufuji of Jipangu, INC.)I own GLG, GOLD and PAAS. I have thought of picking up HL again as I sold my holding 18 months ago or so. The tier 3's seem to be a varied mix of some decent names none that I hold. My comparable tier 3's could be PLY, YMCU, looking at IMR.

CDE has some debt but it sure seems to bounce when we get a little 20 cent rally in silver like the last one.
Well let's hope we get to cash some of these in at much higher levels.

Why do you not own any Black Hawk Mining? After all it's earning money and trades at a very low C/F multiple and has exploration properties and has virtually eliminated all debt.
