Ah yes, the same set of quotes out of context from that world renowned source of unbiased historical scholarship, electronicintifada.net. Have you noticed that every anti-Zionist site that wants to prove that Israel provoked the war in 1967 quotes the exact same two lines of the Rabin quote from Le Monde? Never anything else that Rabin said all his long life? Could it be that these two lines, taken out of context, say something quite different from Rabin's actual opinion, as expressed in other interviews?
