I am sure Chris is talking about globalism. To a large extent I agree with him. The containment of communism was defensive in nature. As far as Yugoslavia goes, I don't know. I certainly do not think there was any genocide going on, but it seems to be a fact now. And that justified it.

It it's consensus, it can't be tyranny of the majority, because who are the victims of the tyranny? There would be none, because everybody would have agreed.

Democracy is tyranny of the majority. 51% can impose whatever they want to on 49%.

But not consensus.
