Military ballots. I've seen photographs of piles of military ballot envelopes which the person showed all had postmarks past election day. Didn't you see that? That is absolutely true. There were several thousand of these. It was a political dirty trick. Phillip Morris has an offshore PAC and they spend at least a million a year for the GOP turning out military vote. They were over-zealous of course, and well-funded.
