also, the co. seems to increase its discounts (or providing two incentives when there used to be only one: such as today's free Nutrogina AND free shipping for new customers). new pet store doesn't seem to increase sales by a large magnitude, but it may still be ok if the co used existing labor to add this category (on top of using exisiting fixed assets to store these products). end.
