I'm sure all the "cash" waiting on the sidelines all over USA and Japan will be put to good purposes, such as paying for rent and food, as well as paying off debt and taxes. Many American 401k retirement funds will be emptied out as their laid off owners cash them in. Remember, the world's superpower does not provide "free" money to its citizens.
