I dunno ..

Seems to me that he did pretty good about popping the bubble before it got any bigger.

I think that he may enjoy talk about his possible senility.

The concerns that he had back then was

1. over inflated stock valuations.
2. GDP growth higher than could be sustained.
3. unemployment to low.

So .. he wanted:

1. falling stock valuations
2. lower GDP
3. higher unemployment

So he got them ..

I don't think that there is one single shred of senility there ..
