The economic picture has changed. Clinton and Gore lied about the economy as well. Defense and education need to be a top priority. The budget is in surplus and the remainder of those funds should be returned into the economy. The truth is the SS lockbox is nonsense and in a down economy, its just plain stooooopid. Ask Herbert Hoover...

kenny finally a great idea. That $158 Billion is all Social Security funds. should be used to buy Government bond and pay down debt. All that money in the gov. bond account can be used to fund defense and there will be no increase in gov debt.
