And Clinto promised a middle class tax cut.

The economic picture has changed since the campaign last fall. The difference is the economy has stalled. Any economist will tell you that running surpluses in a down economy is the way to take a slow down and turn it into a recession or worse. Those funds should be returned to the economy to get things humming again. The only quesiton is whether Bush has the political intestinal fortitude to do the right thing.

I also believe that those funds should be locked in the lock box. But for security we need several distributed lock boxes and I think that they should be disguised. So we can have an Aircraft Carrier Lock box. A satellite lock box that folks think are mega lasers. We can have lock boxes that look like components of a missile defense system. But to be safe we must have lots and lots of fake lock boxes that really look like something else. So the grand deception is to make lock boxes that look like defense stuff and function just like the real defense stuff to fool the bad guys and the ever present recounting vacant liberal minds.

Kenny we must keep this a secret. loose lips sink lock boxes.
